I want to applaud Sen. Bernie Sanders’s decision to run for President in 2020, but I’m leery. In 2016 Bernie energized and rejuvenated the left wing of the Democrats, just so they could be fobbed off on “at least I’m not Trump” Hillary. Just as I said would happen. Of course I support raising the minimum wage to a livable level, but why stop there? Why think so small? Why not a Federal Maximum Wage? Why do a handful of people “need” hundreds of millions to live on, per year, while so many are starving?
